http://www.pacificprime.com/countries/poland/ Pacific Prime is the world largest distributor of private medical insurance to individual, families and SMEs around the world. In 2013 we were rewarded as the top global distributor award for Bupa International and IHI Denmark. So what does this means? Well what we hope is that we will have the opportunity to spend 5 minutes talking to you at the start of the process when you are looking for health insurance and in that process we can understand your needs and we can start you understand the health insurance plan and how that plan is put together. So let's take an example. If you are living and working in Europe, let's say in Poland, then it is important to get a good health insurance plan. Not only to access the health care facilities in Poland, perhaps to also access the facilities in the country you come from. That could be Australia, that could me America. But getting an insurance plan which will allow you to do that is part of the process that we go through if that is important to you. So what is a healthcare plan and how was a healthcare plan put today. Normally a plan is modular, so different modules that you can possibly buy the inpatient component, the outpatient, optical dental, wellbeing maternity insurance if that is important to you, evacuation and repatriation if that is important to you, and beyond that direct billing, so if you are living and working in Poland, are you able to access that hospital or that clinic is important to you by just showing your card. Also we will consider things like covering preexisting medical conditions things such as chronic conditions. Are they covered or are they not covered is the plan guarantee renewable ? I can't go in at everything but if you are many many different aspects of a health insurance plan that could be important to you, and our job is to help you understand our plan and what is right, and then based on your needs we can selected the modules that are gone to be the most important. We will then go away and review the market to found the right plan. So we will look at Allianz Cigna, Bupa, Aetna, DKV, Axa PPP, all the brands that you have probably heard of. But we will also review perhaps plans that you have never heard of, companies like Intergra Global, InterGlobal, IMG, A la carte, these are insurers you may have never heard of but they may be good solutions for you. We will then come back to you with a limited number of options from different insurers and from different plans. And from this short list we will help you to review which plan is gone to be most suitable. So if you are already living and working in Europe, let's say Poland, and you are looking for a good health insurance plan, why not spending five minutes talking to us ? I have very confident that if you do so, you will be more like to buy the right plan for you and your family.

Vacationers don't just come to Poland for the magnificent sights and delectable food. Tourists are starting to discover what top European doctors have known for centuries: Poland's magical combination of natural resources and geography make it the ideal escape for renewal and healing. As medical technology has evolved, a booming medical tourism industry has emerged in Poland as the country's numerous medical facilities and high standards of care attract people seeking treatments of all types from around the world. Travelers who want improve their appearance, address health concerns, or just enjoy some spiritual renewal will find that Poland provides the perfect setting and qualified personnel to make it happen. What lures many people to undergo treatment in Poland is the fact that they can book an enjoyable vacation, have their medical or cosmetic procedures done, and still have money left over compared to what they would have spent on the same procedures in their own country. Poland offers all of the things that travelers look for in a medical tourism destination such as low prices, professionalism, a high level of English, and plenty to see and do, while also providing some things other locations can't always promise, such as a regulated industry and plenty of fresh air and natural beauty. In many cases, recovery takes place in a resort-like setting rather than a cold, dreary hospital. There is also plenty to enjoy in the way of traditional tourist sites in Poland's charming cities and countryside before or after the procedure. Some of the countries people travel to for inexpensive medical procedures are not well-equipped for the influx of visitors they receive, whereas Poland already has a well-established infrastructure for travelers. Poland is centrally located and easy to reach, with plenty of direct flights available from the United States and Europe. People seeking medical treatment bargains don't have to deal with questionable accommodations and doctors in dangerous third world countries; the same low prices can be found in Poland in a safe, clean, and modern setting. Another big draw is the fact that patients can get the treatments they need quickly. Many patients turn to Poland after being told in their own country that they will have to wait months or even years for their operations. Some of the most popular medical procedures among tourists to Poland are cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, eye surgery, infertility treatment, knee or hip replacement, and other surgical procedures. What is it about Poland that makes it such a great place for spas? The country has been blessed with a number of natural resources that are quite useful for natural healing. From the mineral springs and clean air to the salt caves, therapeutic mud, and geothermal water, it almost seems like the land was created specifically with healing in mind. These resources have attracted some of the world's leading experts in natural healing and spa treatments. This has resulted in the establishment of dozens of health resorts and sanatoriums throughout Poland that offer guests medically supervised spa treatments and lush accommodations in relaxing settings that are ideal for recharging. Poland's official travel website at hyyp://www.poland.travel offers a wealth of information about health and beauty tourism in Poland, including a helpful brochure that looks into the nation's spas in depth. The medical tourism industry in Poland is thriving and the sheer number of reputable options available to those seeking treatment or simply a retreat means that travelers are spoiled for choice. Poland is an affordable and delightful place to make over your body or your mind, full of treasures for tourists and patients alike. PROGRAM YOUR MIND FOR SUCCESS: http://bit.ly/aBugFreeMind 7 STEPS TO DISCOVERING AND LIVING YOUR LIFE'S INSPIRED MISSION: http://bit.ly/1cRBc4n A graduation tower is a structure used in the production of salt which removes water from a saline solution by evaporation, increasing its concentration of mineral salts. The tower consists of a wooden wall-like frame stuffed with bundles of brushwood (typically blackthorn) which have to be changed about every 5 to 10 years as they become encrusted with mineral deposits over time.[1] The salt water runs down the tower and partly evaporates; at the same time some minerals from the solution are left behind on the brushwood twigs. Graduation towers can be found in a number of spa towns, primarily in Germany but also Poland and Austria. The mineral-rich water droplets in the air are regarded as having beneficial health effects similar to that of breathing in sea air. A large complex of graduation towers is located in Ciechocinek, Poland.[1] This entirely wooden construction was erected in the 19th century by Stanisław Staszic. The complex consists of three graduation towers with a total length of over 2 km. Many tourists visit it for health reasons. Brine is a solution of salt (usually sodium chloride) in water. In different contexts, brine may refer to salt solutions ranging from about 3.5% (a typical concentration of seawater, or the lower end of solutions used for brining foods) up to about 26% (a typical saturated solution, depending on temperature) "My mission is to inspire those looking for a better life in less then 5 minutes, or 2 minutes, or even 30 second and give them tools to live incredible lives right now. I help them solve all their challenges in minutes, so that immediately there is more love, freedom and full self expression on our planet." http://www.kamilsview.com/7-steps-to-discovering-and-living-your-lifes-inspired-mission GREAT INVESTMENT - GOLD AND SILVER COINS & BARS: http://www.KamilsCoins.com

Poland’s population is ageing fast. Forecasts indicate that in less than forty years there will be one pensioner for every working person in Poland. In this episode of Smart Care, Euronews’ Producer Jeremy Wilks, travels to Poland to meet Professor Boleslaw Samolinski who is creating a coalition of experts in medicine, economics and government healthcare to manage this demographic change. Applying the changes needed in Poland will be challenge, and one in which the voice of the patient has to be heard. Jeremy also hears from Rheumatologist Professor Brygida Kwiatkowska and Physiotherapist Ernest Wiśniewski who are working on ways to keep people with chronic conditions like arthritis in the labour market as long as possible. He also meets with Monika Zientek, who has rheumatoid arthritis. She says: “As a patient, I would like there to be dialogue between the patients associations and the organisations that decide on our treatments. Only with dialogue and collaboration are we able to overcome the barriers that arise”.
